Job Objective
Support in sales administration for the department by providing support in planning, payments processing, order management, report preparation and data management
Responsibilities
Operational
• Maintain a database for all customers & channel partners and
develop a holistic view of the customer & channel partner base to
assist with identifying sales opportunities across the Consumers within
the segment
• Track and analyse the Consumer & channel partner
revenue and usage behaviour on a monthly basis to assist with sales
planning
• Liaise with relevant support unit to support channel teams
in after sales support services, ensuring continued high level of
customer satisfaction
• Conduct regular follow up with sales teams
and channel partners for payments to ensure adherence to payment
schedules; minimize bad debts and improve collections for the segment
• Carry out order management activities and process stock requests from channel partners
•
Prepare reports and dashboards for various sales related metrics (Sales
performance, commissions, Billing, Partner performance, quality
reports)
People
• Take ownership for attending the trainings as per the plan
• Take ownership for completing PMS process, employee engagement surveys in time
• Continuously share the knowledge and understanding of the telecom industry and business trends
Skills
Qualification
• Bachelors’ degree in Business, Marketing or equivalent
• 3-5 years’ experience in sales and marketing or channel management roles, preferably in Telecoms
