Manage (SME) business sales accounts by doing an outdoor sales to ensuring that all administrative, product/service related matters are addressed and any pressing issues resolved.
Responsible for meeting Sales targets and retaining key customers.
Develop and manage relationships with key SME accounts; Setting customer expectations and managing them within our kPIs
Ensure queries and customer needs are tended to or acknowledged within specified timeframes.
Consult with Manager – SME to identify business sales improvement initiatives and actively participate in implementation and provide tracking reports for monitoring purposes.
Develop, identify, document and monitor SME sales pipeline, while updating the pipeline on daily basis
Gauge business customers’ feedback on stc Bahrain SME products and services and report back to relevant Enterprise Products team
Coordinate with other stc units to provide the best customer experience (IT, Retention, After Sales, Products, Billing and Collection, Call Centre).
Provide market intelligence and feedback on competitor offers.
Meet the agreed upon target for daily meetings.
To do any duty given to them by their department management
Diploma / Bachelor’s degree in marketing or business from a recognized university
1-3 years’ experience of corporate sales.
