About the job
- Handles all incoming and outgoing reservations of the Hotel with thorough follow up and accuracy.
- Maintains a proper filing system for all resort reservations.
- Ensures optimum occupancy and average room rate for the purpose of maximizing revenue according to matrix established.
- Maintains an effective co-ordination with the Sales team in respect to resort's reservations.
- Interact with guests as well as individuals outside the resort including but not limited to travel industry representations, competitors and other members of the local community.
- Handles all the reservations in the system and upkeep proper records.
- Communicates with the Front Office manager all information likely to be of interest, such as the expected arrival and departures of VIP’s and all other pertinent information.
