Job Objective: Drive communication and branding activity to market stc Bahrain business sector through diverse media as the leading Bahraini telecommunications provider.
Job Specifications:
Develop overall communications strategy/ roadmap with focus on digital media
Identify and document communication needs in coordination with departments
Translate specific needs into communication briefs and share them with assigned agencies
Propose Business communication budget and manage its allocation
Liaise with media agencies as required
Design content/ messaging and channel plan with focus on digital channels
Implement communications campaigns including media planning and management of channels (social media, online marketing, etc.)
Develop creative and new digital concepts to communicate products and services through digital channels and social networks, in coordination with creative and media agencies
Ensure up-to-date communication of products and services internally within stc, on portal and on social networks
Drive engagement of followers on social media
Track and report impact of activities overall and by channel
Monitor brand equity, brand awareness and market positioning
Develop events roadmap and organize events in partnership with external parties
Manage exhibitions and events for Business customers and ensure stc’s presence at major exhibitions and events
Ensure correct use of brand material across stc channels
Preform other duties as requested.
Qualification & Experience:
Bachelor’s degree in e-Commerce, Marketing, Communications
Min 10 yrs of functional experience. The incumbent should have spent more than 5 yrs at supervisory Level managing functional teams and SMES’s
