What's On Your Plate?

As a project manager, your job will be to plan, oversee and lead Talabat projects from initiation through to completion.  You will be required to lead and direct project teams and interact with a range of internal and external stakeholders, most often managing several moving project parts simultaneously.  You will also analyze potential risks, issues or changes that may take place that could impact the project’s timeline and make changes accordingly. As a senior project manager, you will also contribute in developing and evolving the PMO within Talabat.

What’s On Your Plate?

• Lead project planning sessions
• Coordinate internal resources and third parties/vendors for the flawless execution of projects
• Ensure that all projects are delivered on-time, within scope and within budget
• Developing project scopes and objectives, involving all relevant stakeholders and ensuring technical feasibility
• Develop a detailed project plan to track progress
• Ensure projects meet deadlines
• Measure project performance using appropriate systems, tools and techniques
• Report and escalate to management as needed
• Manage the relationship with all stakeholders
• Perform risk management to minimize project risks
• Create and maintain comprehensive project documentation
• Report projects progress to management and stakeholders on a regular basis
• Maintain and update PMO policies and procedures

What Did We Order?

• Bachelor's degree in Business Administration or any other related field
• (Ideal) Project management qualification (e.g., PMP, Prince2, PMI Agile, etc) 
• 5-10 years experience in project management
• Leadership Skills
• Big-picture thinking and vision
• Attention to detail
• Strong team player
• Conflict resolution skills
• Fluent in English and in Arabic
• Communication skills (Written and Verbal)
