Set goals and strategy for the training team in alignment with the country logistics manager.
Lead the efforts of the training team to achieve goals of the training team.
Mentor the training team members to improve their skills and to support their growth, and build a positive team culture.
Ensure proper reporting of all training activities.
Assessing the effectiveness of trainings and implement improvements where necessary.
Ensures & improves quality of riders (behavior, appearance, compliance).
Lead the management of rider inventory.
What Did We Order?
Highly organized and structured individual.
Has excellent Communication skills. English is required, Arabic and Urdu are a plus.
Bachelor's degree in a relevant field.
Has previous training experience, Experience in leading a team is a plus.
Has excellent reporting skills.
Able to adapt in a fast-paced environment.
Experience in inventory management is a plus.
