Marketing Campaigns & Acquisitons Specialist

The Marketing Campaigns & Acquisitions Specialist will assist in driving all campaign related marketing activities for both digital (online) and traditional (offline) channels. Ensuring all campaigns are executed in a timely manner to budget and to meet agreed targets. This will involve taking responsibility of end to end delivery of campaigns including, suggesting and recommending activities, driving the campaign activity, building 3rd party relationships and managing suppliers. In addition, this role will assist in executing customer acquisition marketing working closely with the proposition team. Main KPIs in this role will be creating and building brand awareness, driving prospects to call to action and convert to customers.

Quality Assurance Specialist

The QA Specialist is responsible for validating all opened bank accounts whilst ensuring that standards, procedures, and policies are adhered to as per the Bank’s policy. This job role will include implementing well thought through Quality Assurance (“QA”) initiatives related to the services and products ila Bank provides to effectively meet customer needs and preferences.

Key elements of the job include providing quality assurance on activities that include: Customer Account, Records and Transaction Records Management and Customer Experience.

Retail Collection & Recovery Manager

Manage the overall collection and recovery activities and operations to ensure that the Retail portfolio quality and credit losses are maintained within established norms and to maximize credit recoveries through the appropriate collection & recovery strategies and techniques.

Retail Credit Underwriter

Receive and evaluate the retail credit applications along with the supporting documents and provide the appropriate recommendation in line with the bank’s policies and procedures.

Asset Products Manager

To manage the Asset Products portfolio including loans and credit cards. The role involves leading the product development, application, and fulfilment process. In addition to supporting the management of active P&L.
