Description
Your responsibilities will also include, but not be limited to, the following:
- Sets short- and long-term channel sales strategies
- Develops relationships and structures partnerships with channel partners
- Proactively leads a joint partner planning process that develops mutual performance objectives, financial targets, and critical milestones associated with a productive partner relationship
- Responsible for identifying potential retail chains, negotiating and signing direct distribution contracts. Negotiation includes incentive schemes, product type availability, branding, and organizing cross-promotional activities involving upsell of Zain products.
- Responsible for an assigned channel sales quota as assigned by Division’s Head. Monitor, analyze, support, and enhance the performance of assigned distributors.
- Overseeing that direct distribution relationships do not conflict with other indirect channels (s) and ensuring that products are distributed within the respective retail chain only. (no sub-distribution)
- Responsible for expanding direct distribution base. Prepare and monitor offers/promotions, spot-checking visits, training, branding, and product knowledge.
- Recommend schemes and strategies that improve distributor’s performance, sales, and market penetration.
- Identify and utilize opportunities to enhance business as well as identify any deficiencies and search for ways to overcome them.
- Identify and report information on market trends and requirements for potential market penetration; any market factor that might affect sales.
- Establishes productive, professional relationships with key personnel in assigned partner accounts.
- Coordinates the involvement of company personnel, including support, service, and management resources, in order to meet partner performance objectives and partners’ expectations
What Do You Need to Qualify
- Bachelor’s Degree in business as minimum preferably.
- 5-7 years’ experience in Sales or Management
