Through this programme eligible candidates will receive hands on training in the three key aspects of engineering relevant to the operations of ALBA such as: 1. Maintenance Vocational Training 2.Smelter Operation Vocational Training 3. Power Operation Vocational Training

Qualifications / Experience Required:

1. Maintenance Vocational Training or Power Operation Vocational Training 1.1 Bahrainis below 25 years old 1.2 Holding National Diploma or equivalent qualification in the engineering field 1.3 Having a cumulative GPA of a minimum 2.75 1.4 Previous work experience not required 2. Smelter Operation Vocational Training 2.1 Bahrainis below 25 years old 2.2 Holding a Secondary School Certificate (Technical) with total marks of 70% or above 2.3 Previous work experience not required

Contractual Benefits:

Selected candidates will undergo a 2 year training programme and on successful completion of their training will be offered relevant positions within ALBA.
