Looking for a Bahraini Personal Assistant / Executive Secretary for CEO's office.
-Should have minimum of 3 years experience in same role.
-Able to assist the CEO in the timely management of communications; including written, telephone, email.
-Assist in screening calls, email, transmittals, and visitors.
-Prepare agendas, attend meetings, and transcribe correspondence from handwritten notes.
-Perform variety of office and personal errands.
