To act as a front line sales and customer service staff to promote and cross sell Batelco existing range of products and services; carry out cash office activities and promote automation; handle/resolve customers’ enquiries and complaints; and ensure optimum quality communications and services rendered to customers to achieve customers’ maximum satisfaction. Train, coach & motivate subordinates.

  ABC seeks to recruit a VP, Policy and Portfolio Review in the Head Office Credit Department based in Bahrain. The VP Policy and Portfolio Review is responsible for developing and implementing the necessary credit policies, standards, and procedures (PSPs) , controls and oversight tools to achieve enhanced credit risk management that effectively identifies, measures, monitors and reports credit risk across the portfolio.
