To act as a front line sales and customer service staff to promote and cross sell Batelco existing range of products and services; carry out cash office activities and promote automation; handle/resolve customers’ enquiries and complaints; and ensure optimum quality communications and services rendered to customers to achieve customers’ maximum satisfaction.
