About You

You will need a minimum of a high school education combined with one or more years of experience in a customer service role, preferrably within the airline, travel or hospitality sectors. Completion of an IATA or Airline Basic Tariff and Pricing Course would be an advantage

Fluency (written and spoken) in English is required for this role
