الشروط:
- أن تكون بحرينية الجنسية
- أن تجيد اللغة الانجليزية و العربية تحدثا و كتابة بشكل ممتاز
- لديها المقدرة على التحدث بلباقة في الهاتف مع الزبائن
- لديها المقدرة على تحمل ضغط العمل متى ما لزم
- لديها خبرة في المجال
- لديها المقدرة على الاستماع للزبائن و شكواهم
الدوام : 8صباحا الى 5 مساءا .. السبت (سيكون هنالك دوام من 8صباحا الى 5 مساءا و لكن اسبوع دوام يكون فيه سبت و الاسبوع اللي بعد اجازه و هكذا)
PRIMARY RESPONSIBILITIES
Answer phones and respond to customer requests.
Provide customers with product and service information.
Transfer customer calls to appropriate staff.
Identify, research, and resolve customer issues using the computer system.
Follow-up on customer inquiries not immediately resolved.
Ability to handle complaints of customer and forward it to the right department.
Complete call logs and reports.
Recognize, document and alert the supervisor of trends in customer calls.
Recommend process improvements.
Complete call reports.
Call customers to conduct customer satisfaction report.
Update the database system with customer information.
Departments Data entry and maintenance of customer/potential customer data bases.
Take notes of customer messages.
Reserve appointments for service.
Call Customer for vehicle pick up.
Send customers emails and messages.
Maintain records of telephonic interactions, orders and accounts.
Other duties could be assigned.
